We aim for all goods ordered before 18:00 to be delivered the next working day.

5. How can I cancel or amend an order?

8. Which carrier is used for deliveries?

We use DPD Couriers for small (non-pallet) orders and Expect Distribution for all pallet orders.

9. Can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order by visiting My Account -> View Orders, entering your search criteria to find the order in question and clicking the tracking icon next to the order. This link will also be emailed to you after your order is despatched.
